Frequently Asked Questions
What is a sample wedding dress?
A sample is a gown displayed in a boutique for brides to try on before ordering new. Samples have never been worn for a wedding and are typically in great to like-new condition.
Will I need alterations?
Yes. Almost every bride needs tailoring such as hemming, adding a bustle, or taking the gown in for a precise fit.
Can a sample be taken in or let out?
Most gowns can be taken in 1-2 sizes, depending on construction. Letting out is more limited and should be handled by an experienced bridal seamstress.
What is your return option?
After your dress arrives, you have up to 10 days to return it for any reason in the contiguous U.S. A $75 restocking fee applies.
How does try-at-home work?
Request three gowns, try them at home for 7 days, keep your favorite, and send the rest back with the included return label.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We quote international shipping based on location. Import duties and VAT are paid directly to your customs authority.
Are your dresses authentic?
Yes. Our gowns are sourced from Olivia Grace Bridal, our authorized bridal boutique in San Antonio.
